Open Solicitation for capacity concludes
The Open Solicitation window to submit Expressions of Interest for transmission capacity on the Southline Transmission Project closed on June 30th, 2016 with received submittals totaling in excess of the Project’s capacity. Energy Strategies, the independent third-party solicitation manager, will screen and rank the submittals, identifying those parties with whom SU FERC will engage in bilateral negotiations for transmission capacity on the Project.
Once the evaluation is complete, parties submitting Expression of Interest forms will be notified if they were selected to enter bilateral negotiations with SU FERC.
